Slung AI, Inc. ("Slung AI," "we," "our," and/or "us") values the privacy of individuals who use our applications, websites (including, https://slung.com), and any of our services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our "Services"). This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and share personal information from or about users of our Services ("Users") or their devices. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, sharing, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. Beyond the Privacy Policy, your use of our Services is also subject to our Terms of Service at https://slung.com/terms-of-service.
TRANSPARENCY: INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We may collect a variety of personal information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.
A. Information You Provide to Us
Registration and Account Information
If you create an account to use our Services as a property owner or property manager, we will ask you for your personal information, including your name, email address, property address, and phone number. If you create an account as a service provider, we will also ask you for the name of your company and your company's website.
Communications
If you contact us directly, we may receive other personal information about you. For example, when you contact us to learn more about our Services or for customer support, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message, as well as any other information you choose to provide to us. If you subscribe to receive newsletters, we may collect your email address. When we send you emails, we may use embedded pixels or other technologies to track information about your receipt and interaction with our emails, such as whether and when you open them, whether you access any links included in our emails, how long you read our emails, whether you forward our emails and to whom, your Location Information (described below), and your Device Information (described below), to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
Contact Forms
If you complete one of our contact forms, we will ask you for your name, email address, and phone number.
Payment Information
If you make a payment through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information necessary to complete your payment, is processed by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.
B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services
General Location Information
When you use our Services, we may receive your general location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region).
Device Information
We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, device manufacturer, and device identifiers.
Report Uploads
When you upload a report, such as a T12 or T3 report to our Services, we will receive any information, including personal information, contained in the report.
Messages Between Users
When you communicate with other Users through our Services, we and our third-party partners receive the content of the messages you send and receive and information about those messages, such as when it was sent or received.
Usage Information
To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we may automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the content you view, the content you upload, and the dates and times of your visits.
Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies
We and third-party partners may collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies, as well as local storage or session storage. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our Services.

Affiliates or Subsidiaries
We may share any information we receive with our affiliates or subsidiaries for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Vendors and Service Providers
We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services.
Marketing
We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. No mobile phone numbers or opt-in consent will be sold, shared, or otherwise disclosed to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service Providers
If you use the free version of our Services as a property owner or property manager, we may share your email address and the address of your property with providers of services based on our analysis of the financial we receive, including the T12 or T3 report.
Analytics Partners
We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. You can learn about Google's practices by going to https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners/, and opt-out of them by downloading the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
As Required by Law and Similar Disclosures
We may access, preserve, and disclose your personal information if we believe doing so is required or appropriate to: (a) comply with law enforcement requests and legal process, such as a court order or subpoena; (b) respond to your requests; or (c) protect your, our, or others' rights, property, or safety. For the avoidance of doubt, the disclosure of your personal information may occur if you post any objectionable content on or through our Services.
Merger, Sale, or Other Asset Transfers
We may disclose and transfer your personal information to service providers, advisors, potential transactional partners, or other third parties in connection with the consideration, negotiation, or completion of a corporate transaction in which we are acquired by or merged with another company, or we sell, liquidate, or transfer all or a portion of our business or assets. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Marketing Communications
You can unsubscribe from or otherwise opt out of our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails, if applicable, or by directly corresponding with us. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you may continue to receive administrative messages from us.
Do Not Track
There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.
Accessing, Correcting, and Deleting Your Personal Information
You may request to access, correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. To make a request, email us at contact@slung.com with the subject line "Data Request," or submit a request through our contact form at https://slung.com/contact. If you have an account, you may also review and update certain information directly through your account settings.
To help us locate your information and process your request, please include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a description of your request. To protect your privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.
We will acknowledge your request promptly and use commercially reasonable efforts to complete verified deletion requests within sixty (60) days of receipt. If we need additional time—for example, due to the complexity or volume of requests—we will notify you and explain the reason for the delay.
Please note that we may retain certain information as required or permitted by applicable law—for example, to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, to prevent fraud and abuse, or to enforce our agreements. In these cases, we will delete or de-identify your personal information once it is no longer needed for such purposes. Information you have shared with other Users, or that has already been aggregated or de-identified, may not be able to be removed.
If you choose not to provide us with information we collect, some features of our Services may not work as intended.
DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we no longer need to use your personal information, we will take reasonable steps to remove it from our systems or de-identify it. The criteria we use to determine our retention periods include the length of time we have an ongoing relationship with you and provide our Services, whether we are subject to a legal obligation to retain the information, and whether retention is advisable in light of our legal position (such as applicable statutes of limitations, litigation, or regulatory investigations).
YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), provides you with the rights described below regarding the personal information we collect about you, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to Know and Access: You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which it was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete the personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to Correct: You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information: You may request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to certain permitted purposes.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

We will confirm receipt of your request within ten (10) business days and respond to verifiable requests within forty-five (45) days. If we require additional time (up to another 45 days), we will inform you in writing of the reason and extension period. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
YOUR EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, UNITED KINGDOM, AND SWISS PRIVACY RIGHTS (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area ("EEA"), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have certain rights under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and comparable local laws with respect to your personal information. For the purposes of these laws, Slung AI, Inc. is the controller of your personal information.
We process your personal information where: (a) you have given your consent; (b) the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; (c) the processing is necessary for our legitimate interests and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests; or (d) we need to comply with a legal obligation.

- Access: Request access to, and a copy of, the personal information we hold about you.
- Rectification: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Erasure: Request that we delete your personal information (the "right to be forgotten").
- Restriction: Request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.
- Portability: Request to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller.
- Objection: Object to our processing of your personal information, including processing for direct marketing purposes.
- Withdraw Consent: Where we rely on your consent, withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

This period may be extended by up to two (2) additional months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for the delay.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection or supervisory authority. We would, however, appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns before you approach a supervisory authority, so we encourage you to contact us first.

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate ("Third-Party Services"). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third-Party Services. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these Third-Party Services or any information you disclose to these Third-Party Services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these Third-Party Services.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE NOTICE AND FEATURES
By using our Services, you may be interacting with an artificial intelligence agent, not a human. This agent generates automated responses based on information you provide, and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. If you need assistance from a human representative, please contact us at contact@slung.com.
Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy at https://slung.com/acceptable-use-policy for additional information regarding content restrictions and prohibited conduct pertaining to the Services. We may monitor compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy and investigate any violations. If we determine that you or your content violates the foregoing, we may remove or suspend access to your content or suspend your access to the Services.
Certain portions of the Services may rely on or use generative artificial intelligence or other machine learning functionality ("AI Features"). When you elect to use a feature of the Services powered by an AI Feature, you must comply with all terms and policies, including for the processing of any personal information, applicable to such AI Features, including:

DATA MINIMIZATION
Slung AI takes your privacy seriously. Slung AI does not connect to, or scan, a User's email inbox unless the User explicitly grants Slung AI permission to do so, and otherwise only stores email content, attachments, and metadata that Users send or make available to our Services.
SECURITY
We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your personal information.
INTERNATIONAL USERS AND VISITORS
Our Services are hosted in the United States ("U.S.") and intended for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may also transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to our Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age ("Minors"), and no parts of our Services are directed to Minors.
